Ceramic Raschig Ring packing is a kind of packing with equal height and diameter. Due to its high porosity, large flux and small resistance, the Raschig Ring packing can make the gas and liquid in the packing tower to pass freely, creating a good distribution. Regardless of the orientation of the Raschig ring installed in the tower, some of the liquid sprayed on the packing flows along the outer wall and some flows along the inner wall. In this way, the liquid dispersion increases and the utilization ratio of the inner surface of the packing is improved. Therefore, it not only has large throughput and low pressure drop, but also has high mass transfer and separation efficiency.
