25mm 38mm 50mm Ceramic Berl Saddle Ring for Drying Tower Packing
The ceramic berl ring has better performance than the ceramic Raschig ring, but it is easy to overlap, which is easy to cause channeling and high flooding point at the overlapping position. Ceramic berl rings are saddle shaped packings that appeared earlier, like saddles, and are commonly used from 25mm to 50mm in size. The surfaces of ceramic berl rings are all open, regardless of inside and outside, and the fluid is equally evenly distributed on both sides of the surface. Another feature of ceramic berl rings is that when stacked in the tower, the side pressure on the tower wall is less than that of annular packing. The ceramic berl ring has the same surface configuration on both sides, and the stacked fillers are easy to overlap, thus reducing the exposed surface.
