Ceramic intalox saddle ring packing is specially developed for drying, absorption, synthesis tower and other strong acid corrosive environment in chlor alkali chemical industry, fine chemical industry, fertilizer production, sulfuric acid, phosphate fertilizer, smelting tail gas, etc. It is composed of high quality, high strength, acid resistant and chemical resistant chemical porcelain. Special measures are taken to prevent the relaxation of porcelain. The main components of the product are silicon dioxide (62 ~ 75%) and aluminum oxide (18 ~ 30%). The porcelain is compact, with material density of 2.3 ~ 2.35glcm3, high mechanical strength, strong chemical corrosion resistance to acid and alkali (especially H2SO4, HNO3, etc.), high temperature resistance (up to 1230 ° C), good resistance to rapid cooling and heating, and anti spalling.
