The main material of honeycomb zeolite is natural zeolite, which is an inorganic microporous material composed of SiO2, Al2O3 and alkaline metal or alkaline earth metal. Its internal pore volume accounts for 40-50% of the total volume and its specific surface area is 300-1000 m2/g. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, non-flammability, good thermal stability and hydrothermal stability. It is a high-efficiency molecular sieve carrier with good adsorption performance, no secondary pollution, and can be regenerated at high temperature. Compared with honeycomb activated carbon, its performance is about 25%. High efficiency, widely used in adsorption, separation, catalysis and environmental fields, suitable for large air volume, low concentration organic waste gas treatment.

 

Features:

1. Strong adsorption selectivity: Molecular sieve has neat and uniform pore size and is an ionic adsorbent. Therefore, it can selectively adsorb according to the size and polarity of the molecules, and can effectively remove ethylene and propylene from saturated hydrocarbons. The removal of acetylene from ethylene is determined by its strong polarity.

2. Strong adsorption capacity: Even if the gas composition concentration is very low, it still has adsorption capacity.

3. It is less affected by temperature and still has greater adsorption capacity at higher temperatures, while other adsorbents are greatly affected by temperature.

 

Honeycomb zeolite molecular sieves are: microporous molecular sieves and mesoporous molecular sieves.

(1) Microporous molecular sieves with a molecular pore diameter of less than 2nm and 2-50nm are mesoporous molecular sieves (above 50nm are macroporous molecular sieves). Mesoporous molecular sieves have extremely high specific surface area, regular and orderly channel structure, narrow pore size distribution, and pore size. The characteristics of continuously adjustable size make it difficult to adsorb and separate macromolecules in many microporous molecular sieves. and play an important role in catalytic reactions.

(2) When selecting, molecular sieve materials with different properties and pore sizes should be configured according to the different components of organic waste gas to achieve targeted organic waste gas treatment, meet requirements, and meet emission standards.
