C Rings Performance characteristics:
- Reduce pressure drop: The metal stepped ring has large gaps on the path of the gas-liquid flow and large flux, which can reduce the air pressure drop.
- Increase the capacity of the reaction tower: The increase in the capacity of the reaction tower is the direct cause of the reduction in pressure drop. The metal step ring keeps the reaction contacts away from the pressure drop contacts associated with overflow, which means more gas and liquid can be processed and the reaction tower capacity is increased.
- Enhance the anti-fouling ability: The pointing position of the metal step ring makes the gap in the direction of the gas and liquid flow reach the maximum value, so any solid dirt can pass through the packing layer with the gas and liquid flow.
- Improve reaction efficiency: The metal stepped ring limits its ring surface to be vertical rather than parallel. This design has more prominent advantages in mass transfer. Because the reaction efficiency depends on the size of the contact surface. The parallel surface design keeps the inner side of the ring out of contact with liquid.
The advantage of metal cascade mini rings is that it can effectively increase the strength of the filler and is not easy to deform, which can extend the service life of the filler.
